How'd you get it? What's it mean?
Mine started back in the days of AOL. No, scratch that. Back on May 5, 1981. That's when I was born. Fast forward to the days of AOL when I had trouble thinking of a screen name. A buddy suggested Cinco de Mayo, since it was my birthday, and also a mexican holiday (back then we didn't realize that this was a day of drowning your sins and sorrows...we were 11). The rest is history.

ok not true. my cousin used to ride for kona mountain bikes. he gave me one of his training bikes way back when kona was a small company. when we'd ride in big groups we'd call each other by our bikes. everyone called me kona. it stuck and was cool until my cousin named one of his dogs kona. now when i'm over at his house and he yells at his dog 'KONA NO!' the dog and i both flinch.

Off the top of my head, I picked CyBrainX as my AOL screenname in February of 96.
They banned me this year. So, when I came back I had to truncate the X. It hurt.
They didn't even tell me why they banned me.
