been very happy with my Dell 9400, survived a bottle of beer over the keyboard three weeks in so tumbs up on the waterproof stakes.

my asus w2v is pretty dank.. but a little tempramental

I would go for an Asus, Acer or a Sony. Those are pretty decent machines. Dell has crappy screens imo.

honestly, never thought it'd live up to it since i was used to working on a pc most of the time, buy my macbook pro with parallels has been great. good deal too.

HP's indian help centre is beyond me. It took me about 3 days to find out where to pick up my new charger...
