hmmm, I don't look or play anything else than this, it angers her.

thats cool.
what speakers you use with it?think it's any good as an acoustic amp?
i'm considering an AER combo. but a little expensive!

you can drop a little more and go with the pod. PLus you can purchas add on packs and downlaod straight into the unit. a million tones....

Speakers - not sure yet. I'll probably by a cheap 2 X 12 or half stack cab sooner or later. (I got a crappy Line 6 combo I want to get rid of..thing sounds like cardboard).
I'm getting it bc it's supposed to be a very "transparent" amp - perfect to use with electric/digital modeler setup - which I've moved to after getting rid of all my rack gear a few years back. From everything I''ve read it should be excellent for amplifying an an acoustic guitar. And it's such a great deal...

I want to get a pure black electric or bass. Or both in one. Right now I have an acoustic but I'm in love with a lot of those pure-black Fenders...

Nice..I dig the Buddy Gut polka dot models...I'm not a big fan of black finish on my axes though..tend to show too many fingerprints..

i got my maton today, finally!, been waiting 9 weeks for a custom fit in australia. just need a good amp now. cos i had to sell all my old musical shit when i moved to edinburgh!

nice!, i got a red gibson SG too. and a yamaha gitalele (half ukulele).
i definately reccommend matons.
i got a blender system (mic + pickup) installed, sounds really natural and sweet.

Who wouldn't, but $99 for a 150w amp, stereo effects loop, XLR outs, that weighs in at 4lbs that you can carry in your backpack is pretty freakin awesome...

then you should try graduating to a rivera

i hate triple recs. the original mesa duals were the best sounding amps they made IMO. the triples get the generic thin crappy metal hardcore tone. i need tone with more mids. just a more full/warm tone as opposed to scooped mesa tone. i use a 78 gibson L6-S through a late 70's 50W marshall jmp combo. its all relative to musical style i suppose... most of what i do needs more of a classic sabbath tone.
