Oh yeah, I like the Postbank lion. I wonder if those are some really old clipart anyone can find.

(Sep 18 06, 15:39)eh, i don't think so, my friend. postbank logo (lion) has been evolving over many years, to the geometric shape it has now..

I got an ING account and think it's great for what it is..
I hate, hate, hate Citibank. Had terrible customer service with them (they couldn't seem to close a freaking checking account and kept tacking on fees after fees even though I closed the account months earlier...). Couldn't even deal with stuff on the phone kept telling me to go to the local branch to deal with the same dipshits who couldn't get it right the first three times...
Briack and mortar wise I use Wachovia and they are an incredibly awesome bank, but with no internet accounts at the moment..

emigrant direct just redid their site to make it much better than it was, not pretty but decent function. also, at 5.15% they are one of the leaders, and have the quickest transfers by far

I heart ING...yeah it dont look pretty, but i like to think they're giving me the money they saved on not having a super awesome fancy website in interest. plus, it's complicated enough to get at your money so i dont go and take it all out drunk out of my skull on a friday night to blow it at a strip club or casino.
I fucking hate hate hate those highway robbing greedy fucking bastards at citibank. they fucking change the terms of their credit card agreement every single fucking month, they sneak in fees you dont owe, and they're absolutely retarded when you have to deal with a real life person. assholes.

alkanenine,
what you need to do is call the number to stop them mailing you. i did that and now i don't get any offers.

(Sep 18 06, 14:58)oh i didn't know that. i ended up canceling it anyway. they had a minmum balance of like $1500 and they charged me fees on the ez-checking. the minimum balance was fine since i almost never took money out of the account. i wasn't too happy with citibank so i went the way of ING. i barely have any money on the account as of now being in school, but i like them better. the interface sucks, but i'm just depositing money so eh. they had a "cafe" in philly and it wasn't bad.
speaking of the postbank lion, i got inspired by it to do a logo for my idenity class a while back. is that bad? oh well.

i use GE Interest Plus.
nice rates of 4.8% and i feel better supporting a company that tries to better our environment.
