agreed bro... IE PC is crap
But, i've not look at the js but i'm guessing your doing the fade with the js correct?
Usually, the js will have a
IF IE {
}
or something that you might have just left outDo you have a link to the fade your using? I'll check that on ie pc and see if it works. when combining a bunch of js it's easy to leave out a tiny line that is needed for ie...

dude... i could build this entire thing in flash for you, sweet and dynamic loading via xml etc...
... but I'm sorry... i'm just 'beginning' on learning DOM scripting...
*feels like he's letting his dutch buddy down... :(

thx pony.
i am afraid i will have to drop this whole idea alltogether, shame really as i am sure some people should have an idea where to improve this...alas i did not meet these experts here..
i will have to work really hard today to create something different, without any javascripting in it, simply clean xhtml and css....

Janne, there's no problem in IE with the moo site:
Perhaps scratching the code and changing it to work solely off this?
- joyride0
sorry man, mooFx has the fading background... =(

* Goes back and reads past posts to see what "fading background" means in this context.

(Sep 11 06, 06:55)really?
maybe a different prototype js file.,.i may have linked two together and thus caused problems, evne though i hope to keep some of the scriptaculous functionality alive..
thx a lot people, and i hope you will keep an eye on this thread if i have more issues today.. thx!

please refresh:
http://vormburo.nl/newsite/how is it now? is there a fade?
i deactivated the link to the prototype lite js provided by moofx and instead maintained the link to the full prototype js provided by scriptaculous. it seems to still work here on the mac.
it appeared the lite one was not an edited version of prototype, instead it was only stripped down to smaller filesize..and i think by linking to both it may have caused problems due to duplicate information...
*fingers crossed

fade.

its cool but i wish you would use some pr0n or some ORLY pics instead of that image you got.
seems you are learning it quickly and its gone a long way from last week.
