I'm looking for this guy that did a cartoon in the style of side scrolling beat'em up video game. Pixelized characters and all with outlandish special moves that destroyed every bad guy in sight. Anyone know what i'm talking about?

After an exhaustive search and neglecting my duties at work, I FOUND IT! Not that anyone is working anyway since it's the long weekend and everyone except me has considered taking friday off as part of the long weekend.
