I have mainly been wolfbagging, but in my spare time Im still freelancing which has been up and down recently, I think it's going to pick up again any time. My landlords have decided that as I have been in the place for a year that it is time for me to leave again, it's nice of them to keep me on my toes.

Why don't you kill and/or beef your landlord, then he/she might let you stay?
ps freelancing is up and down and that's the beauty of it :) however, it doesn't last forever and it's actually quite nice going back to full time, much more organised employment (IMO) after a stint of not knowing what the hell's going on.
