    I'm smoooth thanks, mostly Seagulling, (I learnt what that meant recently) robbin' from the rich and playing soccer and golf at a high, high standard.
    Why don't you kill and/or beef your landlord, then he/she might let you stay?
    ps freelancing is up and down and that's the beauty of it :) however, it doesn't last forever and it's actually quite nice going back to full time, much more organised employment (IMO) after a stint of not knowing what the hell's going on.
    take it easy bro, might see you knocking about here now and then.
