The early 360's had some problems, but any that were sent back were replaced. The Xbox team isn't so bad.

So this guy from CL says he's got the receipt and there's still 15 days left if I want to exchange it. Got it as a gift. $360 for the premo package seems like a really good deal. Unopened box. Whadoyathink? I could spend that extra $40 on a game...

Just don't wanna get screwed outta $400, but it sounds like it's legit.
I sell on CL a lot, but don't buy too often. If it's sealed and he's got the receipt then it seems good.

I got $175 for it. I sold it with about 5 games (including Godfather and NCAA Football 07), 2 memory cards, and 4 controlls. I think he got a good deal, but I just wanted to get rid of it.

had mine since it came out. best game on the system so far: Oblivion by a long shot. Apparently some earlier hacks have been removed by Live updates, so acquiring cashmoney and goods would be a little more cumbersome, but its still a blast and there's months worth or gameplay.

What kind of game is it?
I'm mostly into the sports/GTA-type games, that is, when I actually have a second to play.
Don't have any games yet (waiting for Madden) but I downloaded a bunch last night and I'm more than impressed. Dead Rising is a whole lotta fun (well the one level I can play).
One question...how do you shut it down? I thought I could do it by pushing the glowing X on the controller, but I get some system type menu, not a shut down screen. I ended up just pushing the power button on the XBOX itself. Is that wrong?

I downloaded the demo of that last night. SICK! The graphics are great and it seems like a lot of fun. I may have to pick that one up.

hold down the xbox button on the controller. a menu will slide in from the right with an option to shut down.
