On stage I once threw cigarettes into the crowd with Saul Williams.
It was years ago, and part of the theme of the release party.
I think he was wearing a sombrero to boot.

he opened up for My Morning Jacket...strange mix.
It seems I've had his CD for over a year now. I can't listen to the entire thing straight through but when it comes up on a mix it is ok.

on his newest cd, i dig the track Shakespeare, the one where he performs with Zach de la Rocha.
i wasn't too big of a fan of his earlier cd, or his first book, but he has grown much since his SLAM days.
