I have heli-boarded with Wasatch Powderbirds once, it was just too sick for words!
*Cough..It ain't cheap though...

(Jul 28 06, 10:55)Yeah man, wish it was better too...because I'll be in BC in 2 weeks for my 3 week Whistler extravaganza. yay!
- tkmeister0
part of me is scared to ride this year with a new board. i feel it's gonna be fast, super fast!
- joyride0
you got a customX right? you'll be ok. if your coming off an old board it'll be night n day. The new boards are so much better then the ones 3-4 years ago. But they are also easyier to ride.
- tkmeister0
yeah, coming from salomon 450, i think 6yrs old. and my new ion boots.
i still have old custom bindings and debating what to get to replace.
- jevad0
Get these bindings tk:

oh yeah, your in for a treat. that solomon is a noodle by now. I've got a set of missions from 3 yrs ago. I think im gonna get something new this year. Maybe the cartels, something with the team skyback. I don't like the p1s. their tanks
- kyl30
hells yeah, got my pass and I'hopefully living closer to I-70 next season
- chz0
I'm happy without it right now, you need to get into freeride mtn biking Nic. Riding a nice flowy bermed trail with hits on it is pretty close to a nice pow run with drops and lips to pop off of.
Keep the snow away until Oct!

what's so good about union? i've never heard of it...
is that a good deal?
http://www.the-house.com/un1c406…they need a web catalogue!
- jevad0
Download the PDF from their site.
They look real nice...look tough as hell.
I have the Burton p1's - they are really responsive and far from being a tank...but I might have to try these union's out on my arbor
- tkmeister0
hmmm, i need to read up the brochure. i am printing them out.
what about flow? it looks easy enough to slip in and supportive. but not sure if it's all that.
- joyride0
lol... sorry man Not that they were that heavy, just felt big compaired to what I like and am used to.
Those do look nice... I'd have to ride em' before I dropped that much cash on em'
- jevad0
tk - FLOW's - you either love them or hate them. Some say they aren't as responsive - others say they are the most comfortable bindings they have ever had as they spread teh pressure out evenly across your foot.
I've always wanted to just try them out for a day and see how they compare...maybe I'll do that this season...can;t beat how easya nd quick they are to get into and out of though.
Man those mammoth new years storm pics are amazing
I am so depressed right now.
Need to FF the next couple months
- tkmeister0
fuck, jevad.
it looks a lot better than any of burton bindings. now you tempt me. c4 red will go perfect with my custom x look. damn!!

I emailed them to ask if they do cap straps...once you go cap you never go back
- chz0
Cap strap schmap... keep it old school.
- jevad0
sometimes the old school needs a kick up the arse.
I have bad circulation in my feet and the cap has solved all that!
