Right now I'm watching Ouran High School Host Club, Coyote Ragtime Show, Capeta, One Piece, and Zero no Tsukaima.
I would recommend downloading Fate/Stay Night because the series is already finished. There's lots of action and some romance. Overall, it's pretty good.
And for a great OVA series, I would recommend Karas. Lots of 2d and 3d animation. It's still unfinished as there are only 3 episodes released.

the English translation is very off, and a lot is cut out.
currently episode 195 was just aired on Tv-Tokyo in Japan last week.

yep definitely has subtitles and much better than the hurry-up corporate translations.
