i'm socially accepted.
a friend of mine tried this method to ease out of his coca-diet.
for every can of coke you drink, drink two glasses of water for the first week. then after the first week or two, reverse it . . . by the end of the first month or so, you will just crave water because your bodies gotten used to it.

i stopped drink coke and started drinking water a few months ago and did not notice much of a change except i get tired now. maybe its jsut the water in philly.

quitting coffee is one of the easiest things in the world. i've done it thousands of times.

after dropping cokes, i don't have that afternoon crash anymore
