TJ's produce ranks a C+ in the NYC market. TJ just doesn't even compete for my attention in NYC. There are so many incredible world class markets with International flava here Fairway, Citarella (Amazing!), Whole Foods, Garden of Eden, Balducci's, all the street farmers markets and others. TJ comes of looking and feeling very B- to C+.

At the last real job I had, one of the secretaries would wander into my office every afternoon with a buzz on. I had never been to Trader Joe's before and she was always going on and on about how great it was. One day I went and it all made sense.
Its cheap booze heaven.
