Hey guys
I've finished updating my website (bar a few projects that need to go up). Would appreciate some feedback on the design of the site and its content.
Cheers!

doesn't look right on my 1900w monitor
header and content are side by side

did you use the colour brown because it's in your name?
- Ash_B0
hehe, no. why? do you see that as the only valid reason for me to use brown here?

What does the zebra have to do with anything? I mean it's nice, but it looks like it's there for the sake of being hip.

I quite like it, but it would be much better if it's in html, and much easier to update ;)

the images don't quite render right, its as if you've brought them in larger in flash and reduced the size. Pop-ups?

Good start - but could use some improvement.
I would tone down the color palette a bit, it's quite...saturated. Introduce some shades of the colors.
also, the work is not easy to see. and like somebody mentioned, it looks like it was squashed down. Make your work more prominant and show screen shots of sites and such.

It feels to me like the portfolio section is not too user friendly - I would like to see a snapshot (you do in some) before I pop up.

Prett nice site. I'd chance the font on the preloader to whatever the rest of the site is, though.

I'd change the font and go from there. Otherwise, its a good start.

WTF is up with people and popups? They just don't look good..but Isee them on designer portfolio after designer portfolio. A lot of browsers, like the one I used to view your site, are set to block them by default. Why not use a lightbox effect (i.e., popup div) or just have the "popup" appear in the Flash movie itself if you're gonna go that route? You can create the same effect that way, without the ugly browser chrome and extra open windows.

the pop-ups gotta go. roll-over sound effect is amatuerish. Go with something more original if you must have a rollover sound effect.
No reason to have a "coming soon" either put in content or take it out.
Overall the site looks a little dated, and doesn't present your work in its best light. I would rexamine your font selection, and maybe check out http://www.designmeltdown.com for some fresher ideas

it's alright.
whats the significance of the zebra, and cropped header text?

I quite like the white bit... although I'd appreciate a touch more distinction between content and navigation. Also, it'd be good if you included more imagery as a preview and relied less on pop ups.
The theme of the site feels a bit dated - but I do like the way you've done your rollovers.
