I've eaten lobster meat and lobster tail but never been served the entire thing. I almost puked when I ripped off the tail and I saw all the green guts spill out last night. Top it off I'm still hungover and I can't get the image out of my head.

plus you have to wear that stupid bib! I denied it at first but after cracking into the shell, shit was splattering everywhere! I think we nailed the people at the next table with some flying guts! Needless to say I put the stupid bib on.

Then word got out those things were tasty sooo the fishermen got greedy..and as the lobster population declinded the price went up...then rich people were like, "hook it up".. and there we have the story of how lobster went from the cock-a-roach to the surf & turf.

My gf is in NY Chinatown right now getting me a dungenous, lobster and crabs.
It's no more disgusting than eating any other dead animal.
It doesn't matter what they eat. You're not eating the stomach contents.

(Jul 14 06, 10:45)I've actually had lobster in Puerto Nuevo! It was delish! The only bad part of the trip was being pulled over by the mexican cops for "speeding". Luckily they let us go without taking our money or making us empty our bank accounts.
Lobster is delicious. The best I've had is actually from Mastro's steak house and it was mixed in with mashed potatoes. Easy to recreate...take a wad load of mashed potatoes, take a bunch of lobster meat and mix it in, toss a whole lotta butter on top of that, and sprinkle with paprika. AMAZING!
