There are a lot of reasons why this type of shit happens, but these people need jobs to keep them occupied and interested in their own personal development. Unemployment in South Asia is out of control. This type of thing leads to people doing crazy shit because they honestly have nothing better to do and less to lose.
Now I know there are many other causes for this, but unemployment is a huge factor.
