PonyBoy, would you have believed "An Inconvenient Truth" if it were narrated by the dude from NOVA?....or, at the minimum, would it have been more believable to you?

first off, I haven't seen the film yet. Second - it's all politics and you're kidding yourself if you think it's not.
Should I take photos of my recycle bin for you?... should I show you my vehicles emissions records based on the 'clean gas' I choose to purchase?
Just don't ask me to take a piss test - cuz god knows that test will prove that I'm a 'burner' myself. :)... that's a weed joke...
... oh yeah... i smoke. :)... that's a bit 'liberal'... isn't it?

funny how so many people get angry when they hear good news (Iraq, Climate, etc.) when it disagrees with their poltical agenda. Irrational.

I might read it for fun. I don't usaully mix my science with Jesus and superntaural curses. Which that paper does.

-----------
But you mix your science with metaphysical notions as presented in the Darwinian narrative, so you should be used to it. Some issues in science have metaphysical implications. The human propensity for evil and it's origin is one of those issues that crosses into both science and philosophy. It's just how it is.

(Jul 7 06, 13:25)How does anyone really know anything? Especially if truth, reality and science are subjective.
Nothing is "just how it is". Nothing.
- Mimio0
No I don't, I know full well modern science doesn't account for the origins of life. I don't plug in any metaphysical initiation.
- Mimio0
Exactly, there's no "lock argument" or evidence, just models of thinking that are more likely/plausable than others.
