new minumum temp records established for Oct/Nov 2007 (+5/10 Cº above average). Europe has not had such temp for Oct/Nov since:
the Alps = 700 a.d
England = 1659
Holland = 1706
Denmark = 1768
Portugal = 1931

My friend works at the Hydrospheric and Biospheric Sciences Laboratory at
NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland.

I love how the title of the article is 'Global Warming Denier'... then speaks NOTHING about Global Warming and goes on to CRY because big mean Michael Crichton bluntly told Crowley what he thought of him via a character in one of his novels (which is HILARIOUS btw!!)...

The article title is "Global Warming Denier Michael Crichton Fictionalizes Critic as Child Rapist". The article then goes on to explain how Crichton ( who is NOT a scientist by trade) childishly takes his debate with a journalist into the realm of fiction in order to express his opinion. I don't see how that is disingenuous of writer to characterize him that way.
