No one actually buys the glass bottles though. I did once, but found they were overpriced and didn't even have the same amount of coke as the cheaper products in the plastic bottles.

yeah, coke tastes better from a glass bottle than from a can/plastic.
over here you get the 500ml, 300ml and tiny 125ml in a glass bottle.
