yeah, i hear you, I've got people in the cities i work with as my reps. They go meet with them and shit like that. But the work is done elsewhere. I tell people that, and 99% are cool with it. Only 1 didn't like it, went with someone local and came back because the local guy was selling stuff they didn't need and wasn't around when they really needed updates. So, their back. But, you can always take a month off and project manage... thats the easy stuff if you've got good people. Nightmare if you don't.
