I don't think I'm over, or underpaid for what I do. Everybody would like to make more money - that's just fact - but it's nice to see that I'm not getting horrifically underpaid for all the bullshit and late night rush jobs I have to deal with from time to time.

no comply-
of course, the struggle always builds character and let's you progress. the little client work i have had, each time it gets better because i get more confidence - i will assume the same for other people. sucks that my first real client with the W9 was showtime networks.

Yeahhhh I'm not making shit in Tampa. I was making 6k more a year at my last job, but I'd say I'm happier here. Or I would be if I could find a place to rent under 650 that isn't a total shithole.
Tampa Fucking Sucks!

I've made progressively less every year since I started hanging out on NT

you don't measure your success with how much money you make. you measure it by the size of your balls.

The agencies up here charge
$120+/hour, so maybe it's time to start up on my own.

Ehh, about right for the Minneapolis area.
The transition from entry-level to designer (web) is pretty steep though.

I make a living by convincing people they need me for stuff when in reality I know very little about anything... except manipulating people for my own gain of course, I am an expert in that.

I'm entry-level, so I'm happy with my salary. Plus, they bundled all of Canada into one...
