This thread has just made me not want to get married.

(Jun 14 06, 06:22)very nice. Where did you get that printed? I'm designing my wedding invos, I wanna stay local (St. Louis), but would consider going elsewhere if the quality was worth it...
thanks

160 invites printed double-sided, cut, scored, and folded at home on my Epson 1270. I used a soft Ilford Gallerie paper that feels almost like US currency. If I ever get married again I’m just sending out text-based emails.

I second that...well, I would never married again. so I guess I would have to send out text-based divorce announcement emails

we have to get 600, yes 600 invos printed. So it looks like they'll be one-color offset, no folds, dies, or anything like that...rly wish i could do letterpress. Can't find anyone in the STL area who does that :(
The other challenge is that my brother is marrying her sister on the same day, so I hafta do 2 different invos (that's 1200 pieces of paper, envelopes notwithstanding), with a $1000 budget :/
frustrating, but super stoked about the wedding(s)...

when i get around to it, i'll take some photos of our wedding stuff.... a little busy to do it now thought (my wedding is July 1st, and there's too much of the last minute details to take care of).
