Anyone has some useful advice on how much charge for a cd cover and 4 plates?

hourly rate X how many hours you think it will take to finish then ad a few hours onto that price for revisions

Just don't sell yourself short. I have learned my lesson a few too many times. I always wind up underselling myself, so from now on i aways quote someone at around 25% higher than what I originally estimate.
I think the rule of adding in 1/3 extra hours is good too. That always happens. Remember how much time is lost in email commuications, on the phone, researching and brainstorming, etc...
