depends on what i'm designing. if it's boring and i need to stay awake i listen to hardcore. these days it's a lot of godspeed you! black emporer / silver mt zion / red sparowes / pelican type stuff.
or good old fashioned punk rock.

it varies. but generally...
monday mornings: ambient electronic
tues & wed: whatever i feel like. usually punk rock and other types of rock.
thurs: trance channel on di.fm
fri: metal, 80s, golden age hip-hop and other fun stuff...a lot of stuff i'd be embarassed to say
and yes, i know i'm a little weird, but everyone's got their routines right?
