love indesign...
there are few things that bug me, like having to use 2 hands to use the keybaord shortcut to duplicate an object, and not being able to auto-update all links without having to select them all first. [if anyone knows a better way, tell me!!]
i am also a little peeved that kb shortcuts aren't the same across all CS apps. they do that just to f*ck with me.

I had a problem when they were embedded in images. Even if you change the color in the image, InDesign grays out the box.
No functional problems, just an unused box in swatches.
