There are a couple things I hate about the place I work at, but they are quite lax with time off, and pretty much are the motto of "do whatever the hell you want within reason as long as the client is happy".
... Well I treat it like that at least.

go ahead and keep posting on NT. when they come to you and say "didn't we say stop?" you say, "Grunt in HR said it was ok." They'll walk away confused. Couple of days later they'll come back and say "There is no Grunt in HR." To which you reply "There was last Tuesday at noon." They'll walk away confused again. Eventually they'll comeback and say "We don't know what the hell you're talking about. There is no Grunt." to which you reply "That's Gruntttt with 3 t's" By the time they get back to you you'll have found another job, so on your last day you plant an "upper decker turd" in the HR bathroom and put 3 empty Bojangles cups in the tank as well.".... = 1 grunt with 3 teas.
go ahead and print out my "no you didn't picture" and stick in there as well.
