kOna, that is not the balls. Bounce out of that hell hole. Didn't you just start there not too long ago?
There are a couple things I hate about the place I work at, but they are quite lax with time off, and pretty much are the motto of "do whatever the hell you want within reason as long as the client is happy".
... Well I treat it like that at least.
