"I'm hoping they're saving it all for the final 8 episodes coming after this season'
That is what bothers me. I wonder if this season is just filler for the final episodes. Maybe they have ran out of ideas for these characters.
So many aspects just seem so pointless. The carnival ride (who cares), Bobby getting shot and you find out he's fine less than 5 minutes later. Why do we need details of Vitos new life? I thought AJ was going to get into something big a few weeks ago and again nothing.
Does anyone know: are there only 12 eps this season as opposed to the normal 13?

my thoughts exactly, though I am still enjoying the season. What's the sugnificance of it all?? Another one to add to list, Lawnmower man complaining about Johnny Saks yard... no purpose.

I still love it too though. It should probably be obvious that they ran out of story for the characters when the focus of the last season were all new characters like Feech and Tony Blundetto.
