i have a doozy of a decision to make for monday:
two offers, both flashdev based. one with an agency and one with an in-house team. the positions are slightly different; in house i'd be an application developer, agency i'd be broader: mini-sites, apps, etc. salaries are comparable.
pros in my particular case for each:
agency:
+ more variety, high profile companies each time
+ huge codebase to develop from
+ larger flashdev team, very experienced, to work with
- recently dropped ceo and went through a large reorg four months ago, apparently to a great improvement in reducing stress/crunchtimes, but potentially still manicinhouse:
+ less frenetic pace/cycle
+ application based development seems better in the long term for flash as a medium
+ more related to my previous work and skills, also mac friendly office which is my preferential os
+ broader long-term positions to grow into
- smaller team to work with
- potentially stuck doing things less exciting in between bigger/morerewarding projectsanother small factor is i nearly burned out on my (inhouse) position previously, hoping to calm things down for the rest of my life
thoughts?

Go with your gut.
PS - I'm in an agency and loving it.
