Earlier during Lost my cat jumped off the couch, and she can normally quickly make the transition downward to just miss the edge of the coffee table, but this time she totally smacked her head.
I got a look at her and she totally is getting a black eye!
Awwww...I'm thinking of strapping a steak to her face but, er, wait that won't work.

well, it's not the eye itself, just more a swollen area beneath her eye. She's a calico and white on the face.

My cat hits her head on the coffee table now and then, she is brown though so never seen any black eyes. Cats will let you know by scratching your ass when you try and pat them if they need to go to the cat hospital...

When I was little my parents were watching my rabbit when I went off to school. I cam home to find he had a crooked neck, I was like uh their is something wrong with my rabbit my dad has a degree in zoo-ology he said it was fine..I found it dead the next day :( I figure it ran into the glass door trying to get outside...or they stepped on it.... this comes from the same parents who told me my wrist was just sprained.....now I have metal and plastic in my wriste....I don't take their advice on health matters any more....

cat's have lots of tiny bones in their noses & if they can easily break, which can cause breathing problems. it's probably obvious but if you notice her sneezing or having breathing problems later, u should take her in.
