im in the process of updating my resume for an interview later this week but i honestly havent needed a resume in quite some time whats everyone else doing with them now adays ?

that guys resume is neat. but its ttoo hard to understand. as cool as it is to design your resume, it should still resemble a standard resume so people can look at it briefly and see if you are appropriate for the job or not.

in fact, I recently interviewed 6 people for the same online marketing manager position. Even though the position is as powerful as my own, and I would work along side them, I took one look at the most straightforward and basic resumes and ignored the others.

The past few interviews I've been at they always ask questions that are already covered in my CV...and then are like 'oh is that in your CV?' and I'm like 'yeah' and their all 'oh I don't know if we looked it?'
