Transcoding of the video? Or translation of the menu interactivity?

just the video. taking a 30 second to 1 min clip from a dvd and then translating to a flash movie to publish on the web.

whatever you minimum cost is...
... I'd charge about $200 - I figure $60-$80/hour
You may want to up the price if you have to rip the whole film just to get the peice you want (there's software out there to get around that)... then the time to set up the .flv or to embed the peice in flash.
I figure about 2 - 3 hours... or $2-hundo

It depends on how quick you can do it. I do it all time and it would take me 1hr. If it's a company charge them 200 if it some dude trying to put it on his protfolio charge him $50.
