... I'd charge about $200 - I figure $60-$80/hour
You may want to up the price if you have to rip the whole film just to get the peice you want (there's software out there to get around that)... then the time to set up the .flv or to embed the peice in flash.
I figure about 2 - 3 hours... or $2-hundo
