So now that I quit my crazy 60 hour a week job for a 9-5 job, I've decided to start going to the gym again and eating well. No more fast food for me.
I thought I'd start a blog with recipes I like that are (for the most part) cheap, quick, easy, healthy and somewhat gourmet. That way I could go onto the blog and print out one for dinner and stop on the way home for ingredients.
Some of these are really good and really easy. Give it a shot if you too are sick of fast food and want a real meal to eat.
Oh, and feel free to e-mail your recipes so I can add them. Eat up kiddos.

60 hrs?
thats not crazy
- CincodeMayo0
Yeah, well 60 hrs. were my working hours. Usually the days ran from 14-16 hours. And since I was salary, no overtime for me.
Point being, didn't have time for a real dinner and now I do.

I had a job with a 80-100 hour work week in 2002, finally had a breakdown, wasn't sleeping, bags under the eyes, work was cookie cutter.
but I ate well!
but eventually I quit and relearned how to live again, it is worth it, enjoy!

I typically work from noon til 4 each day. Either noon til 4pm or noon til 4am depending on how busy I am.
But rarely before noon.
Fuckem if they can't take a joke.
Amazing blog though man. I can't cook to save my life but I have several friends that already love it.

Today I had left over chilli that my mother gave me. Last night I have a frozen burrito.

Thanks for the comps. I'm gonna try to actually keep this thing going for a while. I don't actually start til Friday, so I'm sure after then I'll be a bit busier, but since I actually have normal hours I should be able to keep it up! Pass it along to friends and feel free to e-mail me recipes!
As for that recipe with 6 chicken breasts...either cut it in half or save it for lunch the next day!

I just added a counted, so I figured that out. Now trying to figure out adding photos.
Can someone give me the HTML coding for adding a photo? I think I can figure it out from there...

replacing curly brackets with normal tag ones obviously

Does it need to link to a URL? Will URL photos show up on the page or will you have to click a link to see them?

so what can you do for a chocolate bar?
- Point50
Nice list of food. I'll have to try that some of that to break up my daily routine of turkey chili and/or brown rice/chicken/brocolli.
- CincodeMayo0
Most of it is crazy delicious.
Yeah, sorry to bum ya, but no crab in that vinagrette. Joe's Stone Crab is the name of a famous restaurant in Miami Beach. One of the best seafood places in the world. Stop by if you're even in town.
