yeah, i had a feeling from the early previews that the movie looked scary....
so tonight, im taking my girl, and she is super jumpy...
but i hope its going to be good.

saw it last night.
i liked it.more disturbing than scary.
nice use of those fcked up camera angles that the game does so well.
slightly gratuitous use of barbed wire tho.

It was fantastic..but you need a ton of background knowledge to fully appreciate it.
Knowing some things about the Tibetan Book of the Dead, Jakob's Ladder, all 3 games, the history of witchcraft and some feminist theory/pyschology would really help.
There are soo many subtle concepts that most people would miss. It's an incredible real-time study of a little girl's nightmare.
Go alone so you can watch and concentrate.

pretty disturbing movie, not really scary...
was waiting for the nurses to bust out some M.J Thriller moves though..

i thought it was great. some of the lines were a little cheesy, but that's how they were in the game, which was actually kind of cool.
cg looked great, monsters were monstrous, shit was scary.
two thumbs up.

Any scene with a creature was amazing. This movie was spot on in terms of mirroring it to the game experience. I liked a lot about it, but it still was bit dull here and there. More Pyramid Head would have been great!

i thought they should have more pyramid head too, but then in the game he didn't get tons of screen time either.
i loved the scene where he grabbed that chick and tore off her clothes in one move, then did the same thing to her skin

the end credits were pretty tight, at least prior to the more traditional ones where everything was listed.
the "running" flash light was a nice homage to the game...

We didn't stay for the credits cause this stupid cunt was talking and asking stupid questions throughout the ENTIRE movie. Shit! =(
