We're moving to a new open plan office in a few month's time, my desktop will be privvy for all to see. My PVN posting days are numbered. It was nice knowing you all. I'll do my best to catch up after office hours. I wonder if I'll be missed...

rubbish. My screen faces the whole studio and I still post quite a bit. The key is making a tiny window with just the pvn in it. Then keeping it in the corner of your screen. Then if your boss comes along just Apple-M it!
Also remember depending on the size of your head not all of your screen is visible!

I also agree with lvl, as long as you get your work done and it's good, then who cares how you divide your time. Plus I always justify time spent on Newstoday as reseach into current design. The number of design sites I've seen on here that I've forwarded to my CD, it's good for the studio!

thanks for the tips, but at the moment there's only me and my boss and the office assistant guy. My boss comes from the breed of creative directors who hover behind you like a horny bull during a full moon and give crass comments when you're in the middle of rendering something and it isn't quite complete yet.
I agree that it's time to move on. Plans have already been put in motion. Am awaiting news from China regarding my portfolio printing.
