I just got this 19" Dell LCD, and I plug it to my powerbook (aluminum) running on OSX. I get this heat wave type effect, especially when just starting up. Anyone know the what's up?

It's wavy for the first 10 minutes, the it's barely noticeable afterwards unless you look close.
