The starting salary range for a professional actionscripter at a national/international ad agency in NYC is 70k-90k, plus a robust full benefits package. If you are really good, have the multi-media apps, technology, or code to show it and they are offering you anything less than that. Say "NEXT". Especially these mid-sized agencies offering less that and who never let you go home. Don't sell yourself short. Plus, Flash Developers wear whatever the fuck they want and have really hot designer cribs. Industry word up! I'm tired of these freaks trying to drag us down!
