it's certainly not against the law for you, chossy. Let us know how you get on, eh?

so in other words you'll be taking up permanant residence in craglists's casual encounters category? or erotic gigs section? =]

It's a good idea, I get much needed practice and they get a good seeing to he he.
sorry to sexify your thread brooke but you have to admit if I was offering this service you'd be the first in line he he.
also sorry to be rude but it's all just jokes ;)

Now brooke... Non-Stick is not the be all and end all of cooking. Sometimes you need a little cast-iron action on your indian nann bread or your welsh cakes - nah what i mean?
Present me with a set of Le Creuset pots however and that would trump your Calphalons any day....

Just last night I was browsing KitchenAid stand mixers and realized I would rather get a new one of those than a new ipod.
Then airbrush it Alton Brown style.

i'm with moth, le creuset is the shit (enameled cast iron)
of course there is always a place for the non-stick... i would not recommend cooking up the omelette without!
- determinedmoth0
Something like lemon sole really needs non-stick.
A good curry on the other hand needs iron imho...

calphalon or non-stick of any description is a luxury. if you can't do an omlette on stainless steel, you're a dilletante. no offense.
- Rand0
well seasoned black cast iron is superior to non-stick

they did, and that is why i am a poor designer. :)
i have been buying them for years and collecting them as i can. and i must agree w/ para as well- one should be able to use a stainless pan for even the delicate huevo.... even as an omlette.
