You know what I really hate about interviews?
If the dude, or girl has a lazy eye I never know which one of them mf-ers to look at. Then I end up looking around the room and my add kicks in when I see a cool magazine or some shit.
I hate that.

Rhyme as many sentences as you can.

I always mention to them that I have spent some time on their site researching. They always smile at that.
I once had an interview with a ladie that had a harsh studder, only made worse by my overwhelming hangover... did not get the job.

exude confidence...and teh world is yours.

can't emphasise enough the research the company comments. I'm interviewing for a developer right now and I just ask a simple "why us" and if you don't have a good answer to why us, you obviously care more about a paycheck than positioning yourself and your career for success.
and yeah, exude confidence without being arrogant and don't b.s. i.e., don't say you are a css love slave and a clean code warrior and then show me ugly samples of tables with localized styles and font tags everywhere.

Chances are they only need 30 seconds to see if you can do the work. The rest of the interview is all about your attitude. They want to see if they'll be able to work with you and your personality. So, make sure you show some personality. Stay away from personal comments and talking about your personal life though.

Aside from what everyone has said so far, you need to come off as "natural" and not "calculated". Dont try to find the "right" answer for every question. Just let it come out naturally and relax.

DON'T point out the spelling mistakes on their site, and claim you could make them X-amount more money per annum.

just smile. smile & node.

dont try too hard. just be yourself,
think positive and smile when you go in.and show an interest in them and their work.
remember you have to assess whether you 'll fit in there aswell as them deciding whether they want you too...
good luck. sure you'll do fine.

Practice some of the classic interview questions like:
Why do you want to work here.
Best worst bit in your book.
Your strengths / weakness
How do you deal with deadlinesIts quite surprising how many people come unstuck on these.
And what Post Modern said about Study the company you want to work for and talk about some of their work you like.

turn it around - interview THEM.
i'd ask what they see the future of the industry to be, and their place in it. how they plan to get there, etc.
If their answer pleases you, then you can always be charming by demonstrating your knowledge of their company at this point, saying "ah yes, i can see that you're interested in LaLa - your project NingNing is good example of this."
i'd ask what qualities they value in an employee. it's honest and will help you to work out if you'd fit in. they might value employees who work ridiculous hours for average pay, but with huge creative incentives - it's important to know this stuff.
i'd be interested in the atmosphere in the studio and whether the other employees are happy there and why. can't hurt to ask if they'll show you around. can't hurt to ask other employees if it's a good place to work!
