    turn it around - interview THEM.

    i'd ask what they see the future of the industry to be, and their place in it. how they plan to get there, etc.

    If their answer pleases you, then you can always be charming by demonstrating your knowledge of their company at this point, saying "ah yes, i can see that you're interested in LaLa - your project NingNing is good example of this."

    i'd ask what qualities they value in an employee. it's honest and will help you to work out if you'd fit in. they might value employees who work ridiculous hours for average pay, but with huge creative incentives - it's important to know this stuff.

    i'd be interested in the atmosphere in the studio and whether the other employees are happy there and why. can't hurt to ask if they'll show you around. can't hurt to ask other employees if it's a good place to work!
