I love Build's work. It's one of my favourite styles for simplicity and futurism mixed together, and it is the one I would want to emulate one day.
However, because it seems simplistic, people will always say that anyone can do what he does. This is exactly like those paintings in the museum done by artists, and the fashion shows where people watch them and wonder why everything thinks its cool.
Sometimes you have to establish yourself first as someone who has their own ideas before you can go on to do more simple and obvious things.
I don't think the people complaining about how 'a five year-old could've done that' thought of bringing their simplistic drawing to the museum to display it, or worked hard enough to establish themselves first.
