its good.
i would say left align the property search title and loose the gradient at the bottom since its the only one. Make it a solid line like the rest.
And maybe use capital letters on your titles since it more professional.

flower is a nice touch as well..
footer - maybe needs a bit work...
text over fade doesnt work here for me.. i like the fade though...maybe make the text over the main picture a little more interesting?

willl the featured properties auto rotate? i just noticed the scroll bar and its too subtile to expect people to click. and even if it was more evident no one ever would.

nav ain't bad - give it some room to breathe tho, looks a little cramped in there.
I'd also, reduce the width of those two brown lines around the main images. the are too THiCK

I don't get what they do fromthe design... I'd recommend photos of store interiors rather than the exteriors... commercial space can be lots of things other than retail.
Also, i'm not really getting Hawaii fromthe colour scheme... seems a bit restrained and beige for a tropical paradise.

Check the 2Advanced site. They have a good real estate site that might give you some ideas for working Flash into that picture space. Looks good though. Clean. I agree with the flower comment.

rip off a button from 2a and work around that. steal their color pallete too. it was made by the d5ive guy so thats why it rocks
