bloody rollover

  Hi all hape everyone is ok.

  I have a quick question. i am learing dreamweaver at the mo and this small thing is driving me nuts.

  When a curser holds over a link a small box appears with a message in it. How is this done? i have got as for as behaviors and am now a touch stuck...

  I know this is a touch old hat to some of you guys but a little help for a bird in distress would be fab, thanks a million.

  only IE supports alt tags. you have to also add a 'title' tag
