I'm left with this page to edit and can't figure out why (in Firefox) I'm getting a white bar across the bottom of the left box that says Welcome. Any ideas?

the "funky" url redirects me to http://www.pcsoft.fr/us/is this correct? I do not see any white bar at this URL, or a welcome box.
