although shane was very talented at building websites, he never considered himself a skillful designer. he took pride in taking direction from the art directors he worked with. shanes a great guy and extremely talented in Flash.

So hold on, I have nothing against Shane of course, he's a cool guy, but your statement doesn't make sense. You say he never considered himself a skillful designer yet he is a creative director at 2advanced?
somehow those two things don't go well with each other won't you say.
