url link to frame

  How would I make a url link on my homepage link to a separate page but to a particular frame within that swf? Javascript?

  Hope this makes sense.

  thanks for the link but I'll have to admit, it went way over my head. I guess it's not as simple as adding something onto the end of my url linked button in Flash is it?
