When taking on new work - for interactive/web especially...does anybody here use a questionnaire about what their needs are, what they want to do with their current site if they have one - sites they like/don't like...goals for a redesign etc...
I used to have one but for the life of me can't find it anymore in any of my past client asset folders for some goddam reason. Would love to see what other people use.

I find if you give people a questionaire, they're likely to half-ass it.
best to ask the important questions at a meeting.
