Where do you all get your clients?
Do you bid on other sites to get business?
Any resources or other information would be helpful!

I stopped bidding and going after clients. I mostly work with agencies and studios. I just got sick and tired of dealing with clients directly. Sure you make a bit less money, but you only do work and all that client stuff is away from your sight.
If you want to go direct client relationship, hire an agent or two. Give them percentage and let them use their contacts to get you in to bid on projects with companies. There's a few peeps out there with great connections.
